About Us

My name is Nithya Kumar. When I was a freshman in high school in 2017, I invited Rabia Chaudry, an accomplished attorney, author, and podcast host, to come speak at my school. I've known her my entire life, and was aware of her many achievements, as she is someone I look up to. After her speech, she suggested that I should start an organization for Asian girls. This was in line with my passion and I was so excited and motivated at the prospect. I worked for the next year and a half to create an organization where successful Asian Women in social fields could interact and mentor aspiring young girls who are looking for role models to inspire and guide them.

I hope the stories and mentorship of our growing database of these amazing women can inspire and empower young girls on an ongoing basis so no one needs to be afraid of pursuing any field of their choice.
