Who can be a Mentor?

Any girl or woman of any age who is making a mark in a field underrepresented by minority girls/women is an apt mentor. I you believe you are one of them, and would like to mentor one or more aspiring girls/women based on your time availability, please become a mentor, which will one, share your story to aspiring girls and two, give them an opportunity to interact with you and for you to mutually decide the get into a mentor-mentee relationship. It is perfectly OK for a mentor to not mentor anyone for a period of time due to not having the right fit mentee OR lack of time. Please note, you decide how much time you spend on mentoring and it is purely between you and your Mentees.
